Down Syndrome South Australia

The community is invited to celebrate Down syndrome awareness month and join in the all ages fun including our 3 km scavenger hunt around the River Torrens collecting goodies from our sponsors along the way. Family entertainment includes jumping castles, mini golf, petting zoo, specky football inflatables, dig a dino, toddler play centre, face painters, balloon artists, and craft space.

Adult entry $15, Youth entry( ages 13-18) $7 Children (12 and under) $5
Family pass for $35 (2 adults & 2 children)

Early bird registration closes 9th October .

Bring a picnic or purchase from the food stalls on the day and join us to walk as one with the Down syndrome community and support a great cause.

Riverland:
Step UP! For Down syndrome Riverland is a local charity organisation branching of the national Step UP! Program and is focused on providing support to Down Syndrome South Australia through this annual family day event.  We are hoping to have Batman, jumping castles, raffles, musicians, face painting, nature play and more. Down Syndrome SA has been fulfilling lives since 1974. It is our vision to create and inclusive South Australia where every individual with Down syndrome is given an equal chance to learn, grow and thrive.

We are a membership based, not-for-profit organisation that advocates for and offers a range of services to people with Down syndrome, global developmental delay and other chromosomal disorders and their families in South Australia.
